Why we work this way
Most businesses in this region have already tried AI. The problem is almost never enthusiasm. It is that someone bought a tool before anyone worked out what was actually wrong, nobody was trained to run it, and six months later the team is back to doing the job by hand while still paying the subscription.
So we work the other way round. Start from what the business needs, whether that is more enquiries, fewer manual hours or clearer numbers. Build only what gets you there, price it honestly, and hand it over properly. AI is the leverage, not the point.
It also means we are a bad fit for anyone who wants a vendor to say yes quickly. If the honest answer is that you do not need us yet, you will hear it on the first call.
What we refuse to do
Anyone can list values. These are the four commitments a client can actually hold us to, and the ones that cost us work when we keep them.
We will not sell you the wrong service
Automating the wrong process faster is still the wrong process, and a beautiful website nobody can find is still invisible. If what you asked for is not what will move your business, we say so before we quote.
We will tell you when AI is not the answer
Plenty of bottlenecks are a process problem, a staffing problem, or a bad handover between two people. Roughly two in five companies abandoned most of their AI initiatives last year, usually because nobody was willing to say this before the invoice.
We will not leave you dependent on us
Four in five teams are never properly trained on the tools their company buys, which is why so much automation quietly goes back to being done by hand. Documentation and hand-over are part of every build, not an upsell, and the retainer is always optional.
We will not hide what it costs to run
Model usage, tool subscriptions, maintenance. You get the running costs in writing before you commit, and we will tell you which grants bring your net cost down rather than waiting for you to find out.
