What business owners usually ask us
What does MidasX Digital actually do?
We build and look after the digital side of a business: websites, search visibility, process automation, AI chatbots and data dashboards. If you are not sure which of those you need, a strategy consultation works that out first.
Do we actually need AI?
Not always. Sometimes the fix is a process change or a better website, not a build. If that is the case we will say so on the first call.
How much does it cost?
The first 30 minute call is free. The AI strategy consultation is from RM3,500 and is credited in full against the build if you go ahead. Everything else is quoted as one fixed number once we know the scope: in ringgit for Malaysian clients, in Singapore dollars for Singapore clients.
Can a government grant cover some of it?
Often, yes. In Malaysia the SME Digitalisation Grant can co-fund eligible digital work. In Singapore, PSG and EDG cover qualifying projects. We check what you qualify for and prepare the paperwork with you.
Who looks after it after launch?
Your team, if you prefer: we hand everything over and show you how it works. If you would rather have us on call, ongoing support is an optional monthly retainer.
Is our data safe with you?
We work under Malaysia's PDPA, Singapore's PDPA and Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law, and we agree how your data is handled before any work starts.
